About This Role
We are seeking a dedicated Immigration Consultant to join our team at Crowngate Migration. You will assist clients with visa applications, provide immigration guidance, and help process documentation for various destinations including Australia, Europe, Canada, and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients on immigration options and visa pathways
- Prepare and review visa applications and supporting documents
- Maintain client relationships and provide regular updates
- Research immigration regulations and policy changes
- Collaborate with international partners and employers
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of sales or customer service experience in UAE
- Fluency in at least one of: Hindi, Sinhala, or Malayalam
- High School Diploma or higher education qualification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
