Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for construction roles (PMs, engineers, site staff, etc.)
Source candidates via job boards, Linked In, referrals, and databases
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
Coordinate interviews and manage offers through to onboarding
Maintain ATS records and track recruitment metrics
Requirements
2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in construction or technical roles
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with job boards/Linked In
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
