Job Description:
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various technical roles within the engineering, oil & gas, and IT sectors. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to source and engage candidates.
Key Responsibilities: • Source candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking. • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit. • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications and requirements. • Provide a positive candidate experience through effective communication and support throughout the recruitment process. • Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to talent acquisition.
Qualifications: • Proven experience as a technical recruiter for 6-8 years, preferably in the engineering, oil & gas, or IT sectors. • Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for them. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. • Proficiency in recruiting software and tools.
