Recruiter – Consultancy Experience (Key Responsibilities)
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple client accounts across industries.
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and database searches.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
Coordinate client interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and urgent roles.
Meet hiring targets, SLAs, and turnaround time metrics.
Maintain ATS/database and prepare recruitment reports.
Develop strong client and candidate relationships.

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
