We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Recruiter to join our HR team and support our growing business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews
- Negotiate offers and manage offer acceptance process
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process
- Maintain recruitment reports and hiring metrics
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and LinkedIn recruiting
- Experience in bulk and mid-senior level hiring
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- HR or related degree preferred
