We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts, with a primary focus on identifying and attracting top-performing real estate agents. This role dedicates approximately 80% of its time to recruiting, developing innovative hiring strategies, and ensuring a pipeline of exceptional talent that aligns with ERE Homes’ ambitious growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Proactively source, recruit, and retain qualified real estate agents and other critical roles as needed.
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute creative and effective recruitment strategies tailored to Dubai’s evolving real estate market.
Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and reference checks to select high-caliber candidates who align with ERE Homes’ culture and objectives.
Employer Branding: Enhance ERE Homes’ reputation as a top employer within the real estate industry by creating exceptional candidate experiences and leveraging social and professional networks.
Onboarding & Engagement: Facilitate a seamless onboarding process, ensuring new hires are fully integrated and engaged within the organization.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent market movements to advise on recruiting strategies and employer positioning.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in real estate industry.
Expertise: Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and talent dynamics.
Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
