– Oversee daily operations of all recreation facilities (pool, beach, gym, kids club, sports areas), ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance.
– Lead, train, schedule, and supervise the recreation team while planning and coordinating activities, events, and guest engagement programs.
– Ensure compliance with safety procedures, lifeguard standards, emergency protocols, hotel policies, and local regulations.
– Monitor guest satisfaction, handle feedback or complaints, manage equipment inventory, and coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
