- Manage daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling maintenance and inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of fleet inventory, maintenance schedules, and vehicle usage.
- Monitor vehicle condition and coordinate repairs and cleaning.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Train and supervise staff involved in fleet management.
- Implement cost-effective solutions for vehicle operation and maintenance
- Oversee a team of drivers, ensuring their attendance, performance, and compliance with operational guidelines.
- Ensure that the team of drivers achieves timely deliveries
- Monitor driver schedules, manage attendance records, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Maintain accurate reports and trackers to monitor operational performance, delivery timelines, and team productivity.
- Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and the clients to drive efficiency and enhance overall service of delivery.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring that all performance standards are met or exceeded.
- Address and resolve issues in a timely manner, providing clear communication and updates to all stakeholders.
- Participate in strategic discussions to optimize service levels and improve business processes.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key contacts
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in fleet management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience with ADNOC projects.
Language-Hindi(Mandatory) English,
