At Loft and Keys, we specialise in the sale of off-plan properties developed by Binghatti, a leading name in the Dubai real estate market. Our dedicated team strives to provide clients with expert advice, exceptional service, and access to some of the most innovative and luxurious properties in the region. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent with a valid RERA licence to join our dynamic team and help us continue to grow our reputation in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and clients, offering tailored advice on off-plan properties developed by Binghatti.
Property Listings: Stay updated with all available Binghatti properties, including new off-plan developments, and present these to clients through various channels, including meetings, calls, and digital platforms.
Market Expertise: Provide expert knowledge on the Dubai real estate market, specifically focusing on off-plan property trends, pricing, and upcoming developments by Binghatti.
Sales & Negotiation: Assist clients in the selection of properties that meet their investment or lifestyle needs, guide them through the purchasing process, and negotiate deals in favour of both the client and the company.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure that all transactions are in compliance with RERA guidelines and legal requirements. Assist clients in preparing and completing necessary documents for property transactions.
Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective promotional strategies for Binghatti properties, including hosting events, virtual tours, and marketing campaigns.
Customer Service: Offer exceptional after-sales service, providing clients with continued support and updates about their property investment and new developments by Binghatti.
Requirements:
RERA Licence: Valid and active RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) licence is a must.
Experience: Proven track record in real estate sales, preferably with experience selling off-plan properties.
Knowledge of the Market: Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, with a focus on off-plan properties and developments.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals effectively and negotiate in the best interests of clients and the company.
Self-Motivated & Driven: A results-driven individual with a passion for sales and client satisfaction.
Professionalism: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and high standards of integrity.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other real estate-related tools.
