We are looking for a motivated and sales-driven Receptionist to join our home care service team in Dubai.
The candidate must be professional, well-spoken, organized, and confident in managing leads. This role requires more than answering calls: the person must follow up with potential clients, explain our services clearly, convert inquiries into bookings, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and online inquiries.
- Manage new leads and follow up quickly.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Explain services, prices, and packages to clients.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the medical team.
- Keep client records and bookings updated.
- Follow up after the service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support sales growth through strong communication and follow-up.
Requirements:
- Experience in reception, customer service, sales, or call center.
- Strong sales and lead conversion skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Arabic is a plus.
- Organized, proactive, polite, and target-oriented.
- Experience in healthcare, home care, wellness, or beauty is preferred.
