Receptionist/Secretary Jobs in Al Barsha at vitamin reload

We are looking for a motivated and sales-driven Receptionist to join our home care service team in Dubai.

The candidate must be professional, well-spoken, organized, and confident in managing leads. This role requires more than answering calls: the person must follow up with potential clients, explain our services clearly, convert inquiries into bookings, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and online inquiries.
  • Manage new leads and follow up quickly.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Explain services, prices, and packages to clients.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with the medical team.
  • Keep client records and bookings updated.
  • Follow up after the service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support sales growth through strong communication and follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Experience in reception, customer service, sales, or call center.
  • Strong sales and lead conversion skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Arabic is a plus.
  • Organized, proactive, polite, and target-oriented.
  • Experience in healthcare, home care, wellness, or beauty is preferred.
