About the Role
Burney Real Estate is looking for driven, aggressive, and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives who understand the Dubai market and are ready to perform at a high level. This role is strictly for individuals with a real estate background or a proven hustler mindset who can justify why they belong in this industry.
Who Should Apply
- Candidates with 1 to 2 years of real estate experience (Dubai preferred)
- Individuals with a strong sales mindset and hunger to close deals
- Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and performance-driven professionals
- Candidates who can prove their value, not just list experience
Who Should NOT Apply

Compensation Structure
- Commission-based role (primary focus)
- Salary is performance-based and will only be offered/increased after proven results
