We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company and provide administrative support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Operations & Visitor Management

Greet and welcome guests, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and deliveries, ensuring messages are directed appropriately.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Administrative Support

Schedule appointments, manage meeting room bookings, and coordinate calendars as needed.

Assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, document preparation, and supplies ordering.

Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with office security procedures.

Internal Coordination

Liaise with various departments to provide administrative and logistical support.

Support HR or Admin with onboarding tasks such as preparing welcome kits or issuing access cards.

Help with internal event arrangements or company-wide communications as required.

Customer Service & Communication

Provide accurate information in response to queries from clients or visitors.

Maintain a calm, composed, and professional demeanor at all times.

Handle client or guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar administrative role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with booking systems or CRM tools is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional attitude.

Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.

Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering a high level of service.

Salary Range

and Benefits

Salary Range: 3,000 AED – 3,500 AED per month (based on experience and professionalism).
Benefits: Medical insurance as per UAE law, visa sponsorship.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time, on-site position. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Candidates must be ready to work from the designated office in the UAE.
