Job Responsibilities:
– Handle general administrative and secretarial duties
– Manage emails and phone calls with customers, partners, and suppliers
– Handle MCC-related tasks including email communication, document submissions, AutoCAD drawings, and inspection coordination.
– Assist with basic accounting tasks
– Prepare ads, flyers, and document templates
– Use AI tools to assist with office work, content preparation and social media marketing
– Coordinate with administrative and technical teams to schedule meetings, projects, works, etc.
Requirements:
– 3+ years experience in office coordination and administration
– Knowledge of basic accounting and AutoCAD
– Experience with AI tools
– Skills in designing ads and flyers
– Good communication and organizational skills
– Ability to handle MCC and other government / legal works
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good leadership qualities.
