BIM Coordinator – MEP Jobs in Dubai at Falcon Laboratory LLC
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate MEP BIM models including HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical systems.
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed BIM models using Revit MEP.
- Coordinate MEP models with architectural and structural disciplines.
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Review drawings, models, and technical documents to identify discrepancies and coordination issues.
- Prepare BIM coordination reports, model review comments, and required documentation.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, LOD requirements, and client specifications.
- Manage model updates, revisions, and coordination workflows.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Support the project team in resolving technical issues related to BIM models and MEP coordination.
- Maintain BIM standards, naming conventions, and documentation procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as BIM Coordinator – MEP / BIM MEP Coordinator.
- Strong knowledge of Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Experience in MEP modeling, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Good understanding of BIM workflows, LOD requirements, and construction documentation.
- UAE project experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
