The Client Servicing Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through exceptional service delivery. They act as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, coordinating internal teams to meet client needs and expectations effectively.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging client situations.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
Preferred Experience
Experience in industries such as advertising, marketing, hospitality, or professional services.
Background in handling FMCG or corporate accounts.
Have strong business development and negotiation skills to aid in client acquisition and the expansion of service offerings.
Be a strong strategist with the ability to effectively communicate, develop compelling proposals, and align client needs with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and address any issues.
2. Service Delivery & Coordination
Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring they meet agreed-upon timelines and quality standards.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to deliver seamless service.
Address and resolve client complaints or escalations in a timely and professional manner.
3. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and service performance.
Prepare and present reports on client satisfaction and project progress
