Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties in Abu Dhabi
- Convert the Company provided Leads in to Deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective buyers
- Provide market insights and guidance to clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and new developments.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Real Estate and the UAE property market
- Proven experience in Sales and Negotiation to understand and fulfill client needs effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships
- Proficiency in market analysis, property listings, and contract management
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets
