Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to drive sales growth and manage client relationships for our interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the interior design industry, a strong understanding of the market, and the ability to close deals effectively. You will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the interior fit-out sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors.
Prepare and present tailored proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals effectively.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
Attend industry events and trade shows to expand network and promote the company.
Qualification:
Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the interior fit-out, construction, or real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of the interior fit-out market in Dubai and the UAE.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
UAE driving license is preferred.
