Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Abu Dhabi for a Listing Coordinator. The Listing Coordinator will manage property listings across Multiple Listing Service (MLS) platforms, maintain updated property records, and provide support to the real estate team. The role includes coordinating listing tasks, corresponding with clients and agents, and ensuring listings comply with company and legal standards. Additionally, the Listing Coordinator will assist in optimizing property listings for maximum visibility and client engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills and ability to effectively convey information to clients and team members
- Proven Customer Service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction
- Experience working with Multiple Listing Service (MLS) platforms
- Knowledge of Real Estate and Residential Real Estate markets and trends
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in using property management software and office tools
- Previous experience in a real estate or property management environment is an added advantage
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is highly desirable
