The Job in a Nutshell We are looking for a professional and welcomingReceptionistwho is fluent in bothEnglish and Arabicto join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a positive and efficient front-desk experience.
What Will You Do❓
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Provide information and support to employees and guests
What Are We Looking For❓
Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is a must
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
