Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Reception and Customer Service role located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The Reception and Customer Service Representative will be responsible for professionally greeting clients, scheduling appointments, attending to client inquiries, attending to customer needs, interacting with customers, addressing their concerns, and maintaining customer satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent certificate
Previous experience working in a customer service role, or equivalent customer-focused role, is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to offer exceptional customer care
Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
Fluent in English, with Arabic language fluency highly preferred
Highly organized with an ability to multitask and manage time efficiently while working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent phone etiquette and proficient in using computer systems
Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and respect client privacy
Flexible and able to work on weekends and holidays
Respectful and patient with clients while maintaining a professional manner in high-pressure situations
