We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Chinese Language Specialist – Realtor to join our growing sales team and strengthen our relationships with Chinese-speaking clients and investors.
Job Overview
As a Realtor – Chinese Language Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with Chinese-speaking clients, investors, and property buyers interested in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, have strong communication and negotiation skills, and possess a genuine interest in real estate sales and investment. Experience working with Chinese clients or within the UAE property market is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Chinese-speaking clients and property investors.
- Identify potential buyers and investors through networking, referrals, digital platforms, exhibitions, and other lead-generation channels.
- Understand clients’ property requirements, investment objectives, budgets, and preferences.
- Present suitable residential and commercial properties based on client needs.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance throughout the sales process.
- Communicate with clients in Mandarin Chinese and English, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Build and maintain a strong network within the Chinese investor and business community.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients and convert leads into successful transactions.
- Negotiate offers and assist clients through the booking, sales, and closing process.
- Stay informed about Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, new developments, investment opportunities, and relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, property viewings, and sales activities in the company’s CRM.
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and property teams to maximize business opportunities.
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate professionally at property exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
Requirements
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English – written and spoken.
- Previous experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, investment advisory, or a related sales role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi/UAE real estate market is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and business-development mindset with a target-oriented approach.
- Professional appearance and confident personality.
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
- UAE driving license and access to a vehicle is an advantage.
