Soft FM Manager (Female) Jobs in Abu Dhabi at PRIME FM
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Any/ Facility Management, Hospitality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Required Experience:
7–10 years in Soft FM operations managing housekeeping, cleaning, waste management, pest control, landscaping, and residential services.
Any Other Expectation:
Female candidate with a strong background in developing SOPs, service standards, KPI frameworks, quality inspection protocols, manpower deployment plans, and performance reporting. Experience in student accommodation, hospitality, or large residential communities preferred. Excellent documentation and contract management skills.
Pay: AED18,000.00 – AED20,000.00 per month
