Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and mentor a team of agents
Set and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Oversee negotiations and ensure smooth deal closures
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize performance
Maintain excellent client relationships and customer service
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience
Proven track record in sales and leadership
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive
UAE driving license & RERA certification preferred
Fixed salary + high commission structure – the more you close, the more you earn!
