We’re now growing our footprint in Abu Dhabi and are looking for a passionate, driven Real Estate Team Leader to guide, train, and support our real estate agents as they build their careers and close deals.

The Dream Team:
Who You’ll Work With

As a Real Estate Team Leader, you’ll work directly with a group of agents in Abu Dhabi, supporting them in client meetings, navigating developer relationships, and mastering both primary and secondary market transactions. You’ll also collaborate closely with Huspy’s leadership, marketing, and operations teams to build a powerful and productive ecosystem for your team to thrive in.

The Main Event:
What You’ll Do

Train and mentor a team of real estate agents, equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed.

Support agents in client-facing meetings, helping them close deals and build trust with buyers, sellers, and investors.

Utilize your developer network to assist agents with off-plan sales and secure exclusive inventory for clients.

Guide agents through both primary and secondary market processes — from listings to transfers.

Help onboard new joiners, instilling Huspy’s culture, tools, and systems from day one.

Drive team performance through regular coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, and hands-on support.

Act as a go-to resource for agents when dealing with complex transactions, clients, or developer issues.

Be an ambassador for Huspy in the Abu Dhabi real estate market, maintaining high standards of professionalism and market knowledge.

The Perfect Match:
What You Bring

Strong experience in Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, with deep understanding of off-plan (primary) and resale (secondary) processes.

A robust network of developers and real estate contacts you can draw on to support your team and clients.

A passion for leadership — you enjoy mentoring, coaching, and helping others succeed.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident joining client and developer meetings alongside your agents.

Leadership experience in a sales or real estate environment, ideally in a fast-paced setting.

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to handle challenges on the fly.

Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus).

Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools and performance tracking systems.
