Afzal Facility Management is looking for an experienced, energetic, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team in Doha.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Qatar market, excellent business development skills, and the ability to build relationships with corporate clients, property management companies, government/semi-government organizations, contractors, hotels, commercial buildings, and other potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase company revenue and market presence.
- Identify and approach new potential clients across Qatar.
- Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into contracts.
- Arrange meetings with decision-makers, procurement teams, facility managers, and business owners.
- Promote the company’s facility management services, including cleaning, maintenance, manpower, and other related services.
- Prepare professional quotations, proposals, presentations, and tender submissions.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients until deals are closed.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Identify upcoming projects, tenders, RFQs, and business opportunities in Qatar.
- Coordinate with operations and management teams to ensure client requirements can be successfully delivered.
- Conduct market and competitor research and recommend new business opportunities.
- Develop corporate marketing campaigns and improve the company’s brand presence.
- Manage digital marketing, social media, company profiles, presentations, and promotional materials when required.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry events.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of Sales, Marketing or Business Development experience, preferably in Qatar.
- Previous experience in Facility Management, Cleaning Services, Maintenance, Manpower, Hospitality, Real Estate, Construction, or related B2B services is highly preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years in FM, cleaning, MEP, or property services sales
- Skills: B2B sales, tendering, client pitching, CRM,
- Strong understanding of the Qatar corporate market.
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing B2B contracts.
- Existing business contacts/network in Qatar will be a major advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to independently develop new business rather than relying only on incoming leads.
- Good knowledge of quotations, proposals, tenders, RFQs, and corporate procurement processes.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
- Must be professional, confident, organized, and target-oriented.

Compensation
Competitive salary based on experience.
Attractive commission/incentive structure can be offered based on sales performance and contracts secured.
