What You’ll Do:
- Lead and grow a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Oversee client communication from inquiry to closing.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to keep us a step ahead.
- Provide regular sales reporting and performance analysis to management.
What You’ll Need:
- 4+ years of proven real estate sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Deep understanding of the West Cairo real estate market
- Experience with digital lead funnels and social media–driven sales.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and people skills
