We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Officer to join our growing team specializing in E-commerce and Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily business operations.
- Coordinate between Marketing, Design, Development, and Sales teams.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate with clients and follow up on project progress.
- Prepare operational reports and track KPIs.
- Improve internal workflows and operational efficiency.
- Utilize project management and AI tools to streamline business operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Operations, Project Coordination, or Project Management.
- Good understanding of E-commerce and Digital Marketing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar project management tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools is an advantage.
Language Requirement
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.

Pay: ﷼50.00 – ﷼70.00 per hour
