Real Estate Sales Agent – Remote Jobs in Dubai at MHM Real Estate
A Dubai based Interior Fit Out Company engaged in architectural theming and 3D fabrication for parks, edutainment centres, museums, indoor and outdoor theming, events decorations of malls & weddings etc is URGENTLY looking for An Estimation Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in estimation, with exposure to materials like GRP, GRC, GRG, wood, manpower & Man-hour, Candidate with GCC Exposure with edge over estimating Knowhow in actual Project costing will be preferred
Review project plans, specifications, and other relevant documents to understand the scope of work.
Conduct site visits or inspections to gather necessary information and assess project requirements.
Identify potential risks, challenges, and constraints that may impact the cost estimation process.
Analyze project components, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Utilize cost databases, historical data, and industry benchmarks to develop accurate estimates.
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns for each project element.
Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing information.
Analyze cost estimates to identify areas for cost optimization and value engineering.
Suggest alternative materials, methods, or approaches to reduce project costs without compromising quality.
Collaborate with project teams to review cost-saving options and assess their feasibility.
Prepare comprehensive and professional proposals based on accurate cost estimates.
Present cost breakdowns and justifications to clients, stakeholders, and management.
Address client inquiries, negotiate pricing, and make revisions as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven 5 years’ experience as an estimator in GRP, GRC, GRG, wood construction, manufacturing, or a similar industry.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in using estimating software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Strong knowledge of advance Excel
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes.
