HSE Officer Jobs in Jubail, Saudi Arabia at Basic Chemical Industries Group
1- Conduct field HSE inspections, surveillance for hazardous activities to ensure compliance with procedures and PTW – Permit to Work.
2- Monitor contractor HSE performance, enforce compliance with PPE, permits, and regulatory standards, and stop unsafe work immediately.
3- Support incident reporting, investigation, and corrective/preventive action tracking to prevent recurrence.
4- Ensure emergency response preparedness in operations, including drills, and follow up on emergency plan compliance. Ensure the medical aid, clinic is well staffed, and medics are present and trained. Monitor ambulance maintenance records and ensure its readiness when needed.
5- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness campaigns specific to HSE activities.
6- Provide daily HSE reports for site management and recommend improvements to reduce risk.
7- Any other tasks related to field or office HSE improvements and day-to-day HSE work.
