We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent (Hindi Speaker) to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new leads.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate offers and close successful transactions.
- Stay updated on the UAE real estate market and available inventory.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Hindi and English (Arabic is a plus).
- Previous sales experience (Real Estate experience is preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sales mindset.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
