- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the UAE real estate industry.
- Proven experience recruiting Property Consultants, Brokers, Sales Managers, and real estate professionals.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Bayt, Indeed, Naukrigulf, and other job portals.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top real estate talent.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
