We’re Hiring: Market Analyst – Dubai Real Estate
Lifer Realty Co. is looking for an experienced Market Analyst to join our growing team in Business Bay, Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and be able to analyse market trends, pricing, ROI, competitor activity, and demand and supply. You will be responsible for transforming data into practical strategies and valuable insights that help our brokers make better decisions and close more deals.
We are looking for someone who can go beyond standard developer information and provide deeper market intelligence using reliable data sources and AI-powered research tools.
Key Requirements:
✅ Dubai real estate market experience
✅ Currently based in the UAE
✅ Age 28 or above
✅ Strong understanding of pricing, ROI, market trends, competitors, demand and supply
✅ Ability to develop effective strategies for brokers
✅ Familiarity with AI tools for data collection, research and analysis
