A well-established Dubai real estate company is currently looking for an experienced Leasing Manager / Leasing Team Leader to join its growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead a leasing team within the Dubai real estate market
• Support agents with rental transactions and client management
• Develop leasing strategies and monitor team performance
• Build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Ensure professional client service and market knowledge within the team
• Actively close personal rental deals alongside team management responsibilities
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of Dubai real estate leasing experience
• Previous team leader or management experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional appearance and leadership mentality
• European candidates preferred
• UAE Driving License preferred
