We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Development Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Saudi real estate market and a solid understanding of the local property development process, particularly in land acquisition, feasibility studies, government approvals, and pre-development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities
• Conduct land and development feasibility assessments
• Coordinate with landowners, consultants, and relevant stakeholders
• Manage land acquisition and pre-development activities
• Coordinate with government authorities and municipalities
• Handle planning, permitting, NOCs, and other development approvals
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and development requirements
• Support the project from land identification through the development stage
• Provide market insights and recommendations on potential development opportunities
