About the Role
We are looking for a creative and talented Content Creator to join our Marketing Team and develop engaging content that strengthens our brand presence and promotes our real estate properties and projects.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality photo, video, and social media content for real estate properties and projects.
Plan, shoot, and edit engaging Reels, videos, and promotional content.
Develop creative content ideas aligned with marketing campaigns and company goals.
Visit properties and projects to capture professional visual content.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales Teams to create content that generates leads.
Manage and organize content for social media platforms.
Stay updated with current social media trends and content formats.
Ensure all content reflects the company’s professional brand image.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or similar role, preferably in real estate.
Strong skills in video shooting, photography, and video editing.
Experience with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar software.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
A portfolio showcasing previous work is required.
Real estate experience is an advantage.
