Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both Chinese and English and have a solid understanding of the logistics industry. This role will primarily focus on handling Chinese shipments, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with our Chinese and English-speaking clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage air and sea freight shipments from China.
Handle import and export documentation and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
Communicate effectively with Chinese and English-speaking clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Manage warehousing and sourcing of goods, ensuring timely delivery and inventory accuracy.
Resolve any issues related to shipping, customs clearance, and delivery.
Provide excellent customer service to our clients, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is mandatory.
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields.
Strong understanding of import/export regulations and customs clearance processes.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
