We are expanding our sales team and looking for driven, market-savvy professionals who want to build a serious career in Dubai real estate.
The role
As a Real Estate Sales Agent / Broker, you will drive sales across Dubai’s off-plan property market. You will manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and client advisory to offer negotiation and handover — for some of the city’s most sought-after new launches. This role is suited to someone who knows the Dubai market well, moves fast, and earns what they close.
What you’ll do
• Source, qualify, and convert leads for off-plan properties across all Dubai communities
• Advise clients on investment opportunities, payment plans, and market conditions
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from inquiry through SPA signing and developer registration
• Build and maintain a pipeline of active buyers, investors, and referral partners
• Attend new launch events and developer briefings to stay ahead of inventory and pricing
• Meet and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM for all leads, viewings, and deals
Who we’re looking for
Must-have:
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in the Dubai real estate market — no exceptions
• Proven track record of closing sales, ideally in off-plan or new-launch projects
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, developer ecosystems, and off-plan processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
• UAE driving licence and own vehicle
• Available to join immediately
Preferred:
• RERA certification (or actively in the process of obtaining it)
• Existing client database of investors, HNW buyers, or NRI/GCC-based leads
• Familiarity with developer portals (Aldar Broker Portal, DAMAC systems, etc.)

Compensation
We offer two tracks — choose what suits you:
Track 1 — Salary + Commission
A competitive base salary plus commission on every deal you close. Salary and commission split to be discussed based on experience and track record.
Track 2 — Commission Only
A high commission-only structure with industry-competitive rates. Ideal for experienced closers who prefer uncapped earnings over a fixed salary. Details discussed at interview.
