What You’ll Be Doing
- Close deals in secondary (resale) properties – apartments, villas, and townhouses
- Build your own pipeline of buyers, sellers, and investors
- Generate leads through calls, networking, and referrals
- List and manage real resale inventory
- Conduct viewings and convert leads into deals
- Negotiate aggressively and close fast
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai secondary market (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Proven track record of closing deals
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Confident, persuasive, and money-driven mindset
- RERA certified (or willing to get it immediately)
- You don’t wait for leads — you create opportunities
