About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Tube and Pipe Laser Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in operating, programming, and maintaining CNC tube/pipe laser cutting machines. Proficiency in Tube Pro software is mandatory. Knowledge of Tubes T for custom 3D programming will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC tube and pipe laser cutting machines efficiently and independently.
- Perform machine setup from scratch—including alignment, calibration, loading programs, and configuring laser parameters.
- Interpret and work from CAD drawings, 3D models, and technical specifications.
- Create and optimize cutting jobs using Tube Pro software.
- Custom program complex 3D parts using Tubes T (added advantage).
- Maintain machine health through preventive and routine maintenance.
- Troubleshoot technical and software-related issues with minimal supervision.
- Monitor cutting quality and make necessary adjustments to ensure high precision.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Requirements:
- Experience in operating CNC tube/pipe laser cutting machines.
- Mandatory knowledge of Tube Pro software.
- Experience with Tubes T (or similar 3D tube programming software) preferred.
- Strong understanding of machine setup, calibration, and cutting parameters.
- Ability to work independently and without supervision.
- Experience with machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs.
- Ability to read and understand engineering/technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and quality control mindset.
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
