Ensuring that all HVAC systems in their company are operating properly
Training new hires or maintaining safety standards on site
Coordinating projects with other crafts and managing work crews
Assigning tasks/work orders to the employees and specifying methods to coordinate the workflow to facilitate completion of all jobs
Informing staff in the proper use of tools, and proper work procedures
Keeping records of work orders, inventory and expenditures
Estimating and ordering needed equipment and supplies
Designing air flow control systems
Designing modifications to existing systems to achieve efficient operation
Leading and motivating their team of mechanics to produce quality work

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
