HR Recruiter Jobs in Ras al-Khaimah at Aqua

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment updates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
  • Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
  • Ensure timely closure of assigned positions while meeting recruitment KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and prepare recruitment reports.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of recruitment consultancy/agency experience (mandatory).
  • Proven experience handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
