OIA Properties is a fast-growing real estate company in Dubai, expanding its team and looking for motivated Russian-speaking Real Estate Agents to work with international and Russian-speaking clients in the UAE property market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads for buying and selling properties
- Build and maintain relationships with Russian-speaking and international clients
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Present and promote real estate projects to potential buyers
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Stay updated with market trends and new property launches
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems
Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian (spoken and written) – mandatory
- Previous real estate or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
