Key Responsibilities:
Stock Management: Analyze sales trends, monitor daily stock movements, and plan loads to maintain ideal stock levels.
Procurement Coordination: Work with the procurement team to source fresh produce from global suppliers at competitive prices.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, adjust product costs, and refine sales strategies.
Order Management: Plan and manage orders to ensure a consistent and fresh supply in alignment with demand.
Communication: Collaborate with sales, procurement, and operations teams to ensure seamless processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Experience: At least 5 years in a mid-to-senior role, preferably in supply chain management or a related field.
Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving aptitude.
Technical Proficiency: Intermediate-level expertise in Microsoft Excel.
Other: Knowledge of fresh produce supply chains, seasonality, and market trends is highly desirable. A valid driver’s license is a plus.
