Job Summary:
Mobco Group is seeking a highly experienced Architectural Draftsman to support ongoing construction projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring all drawings comply with project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and/or BIM software.
- Interpret design concepts, sketches, and specifications into accurate technical drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and MEP teams to ensure proper integration of all disciplines.
- Review and update drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and consultant comments.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project requirements, standards, and local authority regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of material submittals and technical documentation related to architectural works.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings.
- Conduct site visits when required to verify dimensions and ensure accuracy of drawings.
- Support the technical office team in resolving design and coordination issues.
- Ensure timely submission of drawings in line with project schedules.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman in large-scale construction projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM is highly preferred.
- Excellent understanding of architectural details, materials, and construction methods.
- Experience in preparing shop drawings, IFC drawings, and as-built documentation.
- Familiarity with Saudi building codes and authority requirements.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
