Your Responsibilities
- Handle company-generated buyer and investor enquiries.
- Sell Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties across Dubai.
- Understand clients’ investment goals and recommend suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing, ROI, rental yields, and payment plans.
- Negotiate offers and successfully close transactions.
- Build long-term relationships with buyers, investors, and sellers.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Mandatory Requirements
✔ Minimum 1 year of Dubai Real Estate Sales Experience (Required)
✔ Experience in Off-Plan, Secondary Market, or both
✔ Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
✔ Good understanding of the Dubai property market
✔ Fluent English
✔ Self-motivated and target-driven
✔ Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
Preferred
- UAE Driving Licence
- Existing client or investor network
- Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Urdu, or Mandarin
