JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Property Leasing Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will assist prospective tenants, conduct property viewings, process rental applications, and support the leasing process from inquiry through tenancy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize property showings and virtual property tours.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective tenants by phone, email, or in person.
- Provide accurate and detailed property information, including rental rates, amenities, availability, and lease terms.
- Schedule and conduct property tours.
- Receive and process rental applications according to company procedures.
- Conduct or coordinate required background and credit checks.
- Verify applicants’ employment, income, and references.
- Evaluate applicants’ suitability based on established tenancy criteria.
- Ensure all lease paperwork is completed, signed, and filed accurately.
- Assist with rent collection and ensure payments are processed accurately and on time.
- Provide tenants with receipts and payment documentation.
- Maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing tenants.
- Follow company policies, leasing procedures, and applicable requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in real estate, leasing, property management, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
- Professional attitude and presentable appearance.
- Basic computer and administrative skills.
- Knowledge of the local property rental market is an advantage.
BENEFITS
- 1k Basic Salary / Bonus on 20k Target
- 2k Basic Salary / Bonus on 30k Target
- 3k Basic Salary / Bonus on 40k Target
- Monthly salary will be target-based because the agent will get 50% commission from every deal
- All sharing deals will be divided as 33% (Agent), 33% (Agent), and 33% (Company)
- Bus Card monthly
- Max 20 listings and 10 signatures per agent monthly on Bayut & Dubizzle
- No Area Restrictions
- Registered with all Abu Dhabi Owners & Managements
Additional incentives or commission may be offered based on company policy and performance.
Pay: Up to AED1,000.00 per month
