Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Odoo developer & implementation specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the retail and distribution sector, with a strong background in Odoo ERP development, customization, and end-to-end implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules according to business needs.
– Lead full-cycle Odoo implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and training.
– Integrate Odoo with other third-party systems used in travel, retail, and distribution. – Analyze business operations and provide ERP solutions to enhance productivity and workflow.
– Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for Odoo systems.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and user adoption.
Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years of experience working with Odoo, specifically in retail and distribution environments.
– Strong knowledge of Odoo architecture, workflows, and database structure.
– Proven track record of successful Odoo implementations.
– Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and business process understanding.
– Ability to work independently and lead projects.
– Strong communication skills in English.
– Preferred Qualifications: Odoo certification(s).
– Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations and retail operational practices.
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
