We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Off-Plan Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting company-generated marketing leads into successful property sales while also building their own client network. You will represent leading developers in Dubai and guide clients through the entire buying journey, from initial consultation to booking and post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up promptly with company-provided marketing leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Understand clients’ investment goals and recommend suitable off-plan properties.
- Present project details, payment plans, ROI potential, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual meetings.
- Manage the complete sales process, including booking, documentation, and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on Dubai’s off-plan market, developer launches, pricing, and promotions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate additional business through referrals, networking, and repeat clients.

Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred (off-plan experience is an advantage).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage leads effectively.
- Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
