We are seeking a skilled Interior & Landscape Designer to develop high-end design concepts and detailed 2D/3D renderings for a luxury residential project. .
This job requires a designer with strong experience in interior transformation, landscape planning, material selection, and architectural coordination, aligned with 2026 design trends.
Key Responsibilities
Interior Design
- Create 2D/3D renderings (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion, Enscape, or similar)
- Design:
- Open-plan living & kitchen
- Bedrooms
- Bathrooms & new ensuites
- Staircase feature
- Apply warm minimalist Mediterranean style
- Use travertine-look porcelain flooring (cream/beige)
- Integrate natural materials (stone, wood tones)
- Design shadow gaps, handleless joinery, and warm lighting (3000K)
- Develop mood boards, material palettes, and full specifications
Landscape Design
- Design a 7m x 4m swimming pool
- BBQ area with pergola
- Garden pathways & irrigation layout
- Mediterranean planting (low-water, drought-tolerant)
- Ensure indoor-outdoor flow and cohesive aesthetic
Structural & Architectural Elements
- Living room expansion concepts
- Balcony enclosure designs
- New ensuite layouts
- Sustainable design features (energy-efficient lighting, low-water planting)
Deliverables
- 2D drawings & detailed layouts
- 3D renders & walkthrough animations
- Mood boards & concept boards
- Material & finishes list
- FF&E specifications
- Landscape master plan
- Final presentation pack
