Job Overview
Maje Stay Real Estate is seeking a motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in both off-plan and secondary market properties, excellent sales skills, and a passion for helping clients find the right investment and residential opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads to build a strong client portfolio.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
- Promote and sell off-plan projects from leading developers.
- Handle secondary market property listings and transactions.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional market advice.
- Negotiate offers and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and new project launches.
- Maintain accurate records using the company’s CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate.
- Proven experience in both off-plan and secondary market sales.
- RERA certification is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
